Snapshot: Midnight Sun in Finland

Summer Solstice – also known as June 21st – is the longest day of the year. The length of this day is on clear display if you head north enough. In Finland, for example, the sun never sets on this day.

This photo was taken near my childhood home in Rauma, Finland – at midnight on June 21st.
