The Standard High Line is one of my favorite hotels in the world, and that’s largely due to the fantastic views of Manhattan just outside those floor-to-ceiling windows. The minimalist white rooms feel like a calm little cocoon within the city that never sleeps.
The hotel is located above The High Line Park on “stilts”
The rooms are sleek, sexy and simple, letting the view shine bright
Even the bathtub has those great views
The hotel is located in the trendy Meatpacking District, with nearly endless options for fun restaurants and great nightlife nearby. The hotel itself has several restaurants and bars, too – including the fantastic The Standard Grill, an outdoor German beer garden and a rooftop crêperie that douples as disco Le Bain at night. Other nightlife options within the hotel include the exclusive Boom Boom Room. During weekends the entire hotel sort of feels like one big nightclub. Luckily the rooms are soundproof!
Room service is definitely worth a try at The Standard High Line
Manhattan views don’t get much better than this
